    GymBeam Points: Your Path to Exclusive Rewards

    Shop, leave a review, and collect rewards.

    Earn points for purchases and reviews and redeem them for selected products for free. With the GymBeam loyalty program, we reward not only your activity but also your opinion!

    How does it work? Earn points and choose your rewards.

    Purchase on the website: Earn 1 point for every 1 € spent.
    Purchase in the app: Earn 2 points for every 1 € spent.
    Product review: Earn 10 points for every approved review.
    Simply rate a product you purchased from us. You can do this directly on the product page or in your account under the My Product Reviews section.
    Important rules:
    • Only logged-in customers earn points.
    • The loyalty program applies only to orders placed from 01.12.2025.
    • Points cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before 01.12.2025.
    • You earn points for reviews only on verified purchases (products you have actually bought).
    Purchase points: Automatically activated 30 days after delivery due to the return period.
    Review points: Activated immediately after the review is approved and published.
    After activation, points are valid for 90 days.
    When redeeming points for rewards, the oldest points are automatically used first.
    Rewards are divided into 4 categories based on the number of available points: 250, 450, 700 and 1000 points.
    You can select your loyalty rewards directly in your cart.
    Points are calculated based on the final product price after discounts and coupons. Shipping and payment fees (cash on delivery) are not included in the purchase value.
    Your current points balance and available rewards are clearly displayed in your customer account under the Loyalty Program section. You can also see your points balance directly in your cart during checkout.
    Pending activation: Points have been credited but are not yet active (they become active 30 days after delivery).
    Active: Points can be redeemed for rewards.
    Used: Points have been successfully redeemed.
    Expired: Points have expired after 90 days.

    Only orders placed on or after 01.12.2025 are eligible for the loyalty program. Points are not credited retroactively for orders placed before this date.
    Create an account on GymBeam.com or in the mobile app, and you'll be automatically enrolled in the loyalty program after logging in.
    Points are calculated based on the product price after discounts. You earn 1 point for every 1 € spent on the website and 2 points for every 1 € spent in the app.
    Simply log in and write a review for a product you purchased from us. You can do this directly on the product page or in your account under My Product Reviews. Once your review is approved, you will receive 10 points.

    Yes. If you create an account with the same email address you used for the purchase, the points will be credited retroactively.
    Points have no direct monetary value. They are used exclusively for selecting products from the loyalty programme.
